I received my package but not all the contents of my order.

With the large variation of products offered by WaterFiltersFAST.com we sometimes ship items from satellite warehouses in our network. Additionally some items may require lead time to manufacture upon receiving your order.  In these cases your order will be arriving in multiple shipments with multiple tracking numbers. 

** Due to current limitations of our software only your first tracking number is sent via email, we are currently working on a fix to email all tracking numbers for your order.

Our staff works diligently to assure that all parts of every order are accounted for and shipped in a timely manner. Please submit a ticket to our Customer Support department and they can assist you in obtaining information and tracking on the remaining parts of your order.
