    Initially I had used your company for my filters and recently ordered another.  At the same time I mentioned that I was going to discontinue my future orders for now.  I mentioned that I still wanted my last filter to be sent.  I just receive a notice that my order had been cancelled. Please explain why you did that.   Thank you

    I'm not sure if you were able to read what I had initially wrote so I will rewrite it.

    Initially I had used your company for my filters and recently ordered my last one but stated that I was discontinuing future orders at this time. I just received a notice that my order had been cancelled.  

    Why did you cancel my past order?  Please explain.,  Thank you
