i cannot find a tracking # for my order

Initially I had used your company for my filters and recently ordered another. At the same time I mentioned that I was going to discontinue my future orders for now. I mentioned that I still wanted my last filter to be sent. I just receive a notice that my order had been cancelled. Please explain why you did that. Thank you

This company is so unresponsive. Ordered wrong water filters and merely wanted to change the order to the correct model. Tried emailing and help portal. Phoning does not work because they don't answer.
